Simply go to http://translate.google.com/translate_tools?hl=en and follow the 3 simple steps to get translate code for your WordPress site. On first step enter your website URL and select original language of your site and press the next button. On next step select languages and the layout of your translator. Finally paste the code in in your text Widget and hit the save button and you will see that translate option is start appearing in your site.
Add Google Translate in WordPress through a Plugin
Plugin is better and easy way to integrate Google translate on your site specially for beginners. By using the plugin you don’t need to make hands dirty with complicated coding to make this step easier just simply install and activate Google Language Translator plugin. After activating the plugin go to Settings » Google Language Translator. On the setting page you’ll realize that this plugin setting are same like Google Translate widget for websites. Check the first box to enable Google Translator on your site. Now choose a original language of your site in third option select all languages. On 4th option select a layout style of translator. After setting up the plugin hit Update Option button to save the changes.
Now its time to setup the widget for Google Translator. Simply go to Appearance > Widgets. Drop a text widget to your sidebar and paste the shortcode into the text widget and hit the save button.
